The Woods

Across the stream are 30 acres of woodland, mostly chestnut, beech and acacia trees, for you to explore. The trees open out in places to make small, private beaches by the water’s edge where you can sit in perfect tranquility and look out for the resident heron fishing for trout. Wild boar and foxes, both very shy, inhabit the woods, while the deer are bolder and easier to spot.
